So I'm supposed to go run 18k in an hour. I'm going with 3 girlfriends who are all training for a half marathon. I on the other hand am still fairly new to running and am not training for a half. And they want to run pretty fast -well faster than I normally run. I'm a little scared this is going to hurt....
